First experience when I return to the hotel for the second time. This has its advantages, and then, the attitude towards repeat guests is even warmer. In general, the staff is one of the advantages of the hotel, it is felt that they used to be oriented towards Europeans, therefore, everyone has good English, but now they are learning Russian. At the reception we were accompanied by Fadi, a friendly, very tactful and professional front manager. Thanks to him, the settlement process was as fast as possible. I like the territory of the hotel and the cuisine of the restaurant (there was always a choice of fish), of course, covid restrictions (imposed by all staff) create inconvenience, but it's the same everywhere. In general, the hotel is somehow surprisingly cozy and homely. I don't like big hotels where you are an absolutely impersonal guest, so I liked everything. Moreover, there are a lot of fish to the left of the pontoon. We went on a boat trip, I advise: Egyptian Venice, but I didn’t see any new fish from those that were “at home” in Stella. I have been in November and May. The weather is closer to November for me.
