I am writing my first review after a long time and for me it is especially valuable. I have already traveled half the world, but somehow I never had a desire to write about it. The first emotions have already gone, but the memory does not let go of pleasant moments.
The check-in went very quickly and taking into account all our wishes: away from the main place of evening events, closer to the sea and the spa complex and 2 rooms next door, because. came with friends. The room is not new, but everything is in excellent condition, everything works. The bar is replenished regularly, the cleaning of the room is excellent and this was the most important thing. I would recommend to bring slippers/flip flops for the room, the floor is tiled and with the air conditioner on it is quite cold, and there is a lot of sand on the street flip flops. Well, all the tourists know about various and pleasant little things like figurines made of towels in Egypt, none of them happened again in 2 weeks)))
Meals - 5+++!! ! The selection was amazing, everything was delicious and fresh. Greetings to the chefs and their team

The beach is large, clean, umbrellas, sun loungers, stands protecting from the wind, everything is in excellent condition. By the way beach towels deserve special praise.
The sea - you probably know about the strong ebb and flow, the hotel has a coral reef and in connection with this, lovers of the depth will need to go through a long and thoroughly made bridge. But it's worth it. Fish, corals, stars, hedgehogs, we even had an octopus hanging out under the bridge))) In short, masks and flippers will not bother you.
Animation - 5+++!! ! The guys tried their best, there was everything you can imagine, from sporting events to various parties on the lawns, accompanying trips to parties in other hotels and "buildup" of the atmosphere in a nightclub, which by the way is located on the territory of the hotel
Territory - large, green, well-groomed. Well lit at night. It's nice to take a walk in the evening. All buildings are 2-storey and are illuminated a little differently, creating the illusion of being in the city from children's fairy tales
SPA - I can’t say that it is so-so, but let’s just say, there is something to strive for. The hammam did not work, in the Finnish steam room the door is constantly opened, someone enters, someone leaves, the employees for some reason constantly bring in some water to drink and at the same time leave the door open, in short there is no possibility to take a steam bath there, warming up the body a little before the massage is the maximum. The masseurs are constantly changing, although we were recorded on time, but it was not possible to choose one master for the entire course, the system does not work there, which is a pity.

Staff - all staff are smiling and friendly, all requests are fulfilled immediately. Special thanks to you Mohamed. This manager can safely contact him with any question. I was surprised how he remembers all the vacationers by name and manages to be in all places of the hotel (it seemed to me at the same time))). She complained that the shower in my room was not conveniently built into the wall, I was not tall and the water pressure either had to be made very small, or it “flyed” over me, I didn’t want to change the room, I liked the location very much, in short, I went on an excursion, and when I returned, the room had a new shower, everything was done as conveniently as possible. It really surprised me, I really encountered such a service for the first time.
Now I am choosing a destination for my next vacation and I constantly think about this hotel, although I used to adhere to the rule, the world is big and you should not visit the same place twice.
