Good afternoon! We rested at the hotel from May 12 to May 22.2013. The hotel area is normal, but the food and service are just awful. Lines at the restaurant, dirty dishes, spoiled food, unbearable heat in the bar. Ours are not allowed into the restaurant in shorts, but the Germans are allowed in, for them there is Paradise. They steal small things from rooms. We traveled through Pegasus, the guide Elena is just a sharashka's office, in my opinion she is there illegally, rude to customers, relieves herself of responsibility. Animation is weak.
