The tour operator Tui in Egypt deserves a separate review. . . this is not about it here. . . the hotel does not meet the 5-star criterion, which the managers and representatives of the hotel in Egypt do not hide. . . accordingly, we were deceived by the Ukrainian tui and arrived expecting service for this money! !!
The rooms are old and the descriptions about being refurbished are also not true. . . all the lamps are wobbly, the curtains and furniture are terrible - all stained! The bathroom has a shower and a bath. . . in the shower the water is in the pan. . . there were two rooms - both there and there the same. . . cleaning depends on the cleaner - we had room 1874 - cleaned badly!! ! Room 1865 - a bit better. . . for 11 nights the sheets were not changed even once!! ! Even when told at reception. . .
The food is relatively varied and tasty (although there was one poisoning with a temperature of 38 (nifuroxazide saved))! drinks problem! except for yupi and all sorts of fantopepsi, there is nothing to drink !! ! for the first time we did not see packaged juice anywhere on the territory !! ! there is no ice cream either... there is nowhere to have a bite to eat during the day at the gardens !!! ! bananas, apples, grapes, melon, persimmons, dates and sometimes pomegranates!!!
Leisure-animation is intrusive, allowing itself liberties in terms of dragging tourists into the pool and all sorts of familiarities... after two days of pestering, barked that they were tired and then lagged behind... near the large pool, the music yells impossible !! ! the head is square... our the building went directly to the pool - and during the day it was impossible to stay there... people around the pool complained - to no avail !! ! very loud - only the animators themselves liked it !! !
