Let's just say very much: I liked it. I recommend the hotel. But in order.
1. Arrival and check-in
We arrived in Hurghada late in the evening. We flew regular flights and therefore the transfer to the hotel was not included.
We contacted the hotel in advance on Facebook, announced our arrival and asked for a transfer from Hurghada airport to the hotel. We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel, free of charge.
At 23:30 we arrived at the hotel, at the reception we were quickly given a room (the day of arrival was paid for), and offered dinner. A restaurant was opened especially for us. Dinner came in handy.
2. Number
We booked a standard pool view room.
We were immediately offered a great room (standard room Pool View 1672) overlooking the main pool.
The room is large with a balcony, double bed, flat screen TV, everything is in good condition and very clean. On the balcony there is a table with two chairs and an ashtray.
The room was cleaned well every day.
A very friendly cleaner made us swans and flowers from towels, thanks to him!
He changed bed linen and towels every day. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and bidet. As well as a complete set of hygiene products - soap, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion. The bathroom has a bidet, shower and bathtub. Plumbing is new and in perfect condition.
3. Territory
The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.
The hotel has five swimming pools. Two swimming pools with a bar. There is a pool with an artificial wave, two water slides. And many children's pools.
There is a jacuzzi pool, it has water flows imitating a jacuzzi and fountains and waterfalls.
4. Nutrition
The food in the restaurant was always very tasty and varied.
A lot of meat (beef and chicken have always been), fish, squid, a lot of vegetables, a lot of fruit.
There are also dietary dishes, namely boiled rice, corn flakes, boiled meat, boiled vegetables.
That is, if you are unlucky and you have cholecystitis or a stomach ulcer, you can choose a safe diet.
For us it was important. In fact, we didn't have any problems. Although in the end I violated the prescribed diet ... )))))
5. Sea and beach
Our hotel is on the second line, the beach is located on the territory of Stella di Mare Beach.
A small bus runs to the beach from the reception every 15 minutes, it also puts everyone along the way, you just have to wave your hand.
But we often walked. This is also not long and not tiring, the road to the beach is quite pleasant and green.
The beach is very nice, big, there are two bars and a cafe on the beach where you could have lunch, they also made pizza there until 4 pm. Waiters carry drinks along the beach. There were always enough sun loungers on the beach, although there were a lot of people in the hotel.
We drove across the sea. And our hopes came true. The sea water was warm. Entry into the sea from the pontoon, there are two comfortable stairs.
Lots of beautiful fish right next to the pontoon.
Snorkeling was fun. There is something to see. WE swam towards the Hotel Cleopatra...where, halfway between the pontoon of the Stella and Cleopatra hotels, there is a particularly beautiful living coral. We saw moray eels, squid rays, sea anemones, clown fish, surgeonfish and others that we just don't know the names of.
The corals are very beautiful if you sail a little further. People buy masks and fins, you will not regret it, fins make swimming very easy and increase maneuverability in the water and buoyancy! We easily swam to the pontoon of the Cleopatra Hotel, where we got out to rest, however, we often swam back and forth without rest.
You can swim in the direction of the sea, it is also very beautiful there.
There are no currents along the coast. Therefore, it is quite safe to swim far. A lifeguard is constantly on duty on the pontoon.
Also, from the middle of the pontoon it was possible to go down to shallow water with a sandy bottom, but we did not like the stairs and we did not use it.
Slippers and towels could be left in the lockers.
Two weeks went by quickly. We left the hotel on November 6 late in the evening.
Again, the attendant took our things to the main building and we were provided with a free shuttle to Hurghada airport.
I would like to note the courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism of all the staff, the courtesy of the staff at the reception who always solved all problems, despite the huge influx of guests.
I would especially like to note Mr. Moller, his attention and help.
