Emotions are running high!!!! ))))) Rest is just super. Everything was on your level. We were very pleased with this hotel and most importantly the staff. We were received very well. On arrival we had a problem - we forgot our luggage. But our guide Hussain (thank you very much) quickly solved our problem and within an hour our luggage was delivered to our room. For any of our problems, we turned to the guys at the reception and they quickly eliminated them for us. The problems were not in the hotel, but because of their personal misunderstanding (not knowing English), so if you do not know English, do not worry, they will understand you there and everyone will help. They are great fellows!!!

The rooms are very spacious, huge bed, good TV, shower, bath, bidet, there is everything for your convenience. Also in the room there was a refrigerator, air conditioning, a dressing table, a kettle with everything you need (tea, coffee, sugar). Two comfortable chairs, a table, wardrobe and a safe. Basically, everything you need.

Every morning our room was cleaned and they surprised us with their art - either swans, or hearts from towels, or fresh flowers on the bed. Little things, but very nice and uplifting.
Let me tell you about the hotel. Excitement and once again delight. Everything is very clean, insanely beautiful. Lots of fresh flowers, swimming pools, water slides.
I won’t say anything about the beach - we were there once and then in the evening. We had a pretty good time around the heated pool. There is a wonderful guy waiter (I'll throw off his photo). Thanks to him for a good smile and mood, he became our friend Nut.
It was also very nice to see a girl named Marina there, when we met, she always asked how we were doing, were we all right?
We visited two restaurants. Lebanese: everything was very tasty and we were greeted quite warmly. And Indian: the guys are also great, the reception was good, but the food is not for us - we are not fans of this.
As for the dining room - this is generally a separate conversation. Guys +4 kg per week. It was great, once you get there, you will understand me, these desserts are divine. Impossible to refuse. The entire menu is delicious and varied. Great, great and great again!!!!!
It was very nice when on February 14 we were met in the dining room, congratulating with fresh flowers.
I want to say a huge thank you once again to our guide Hussein. He advised us a good excursion to the Laguna. Only guys I do not advise ordering a photographer there. We paid $20, came home, started watching CDs, were horrified. The pictures are disgusting, the quality is terrible and there is no photo under water at all. So I do not advise. Hussein leaves his phone number, so you can contact him for departure and other questions, he will help.
Well, of the minuses, this is only the lack of good Wi-Fi and there was still not enough ice cream, )))) but I want to say that this is not a hindrance to come to you again, so we hope that we will come next year, but with children. This is the place where you can safely fly with kids.
