We decided with a friend to go to Egypt on our own to bask in the sun, we chose the hotel for a long time, reading reviews and looking at photos. We contacted the hotel by mail (they answered us quickly), the price for the room turned out to be even cheaper than, for example, on booking. com. We decided to book for a couple of nights, so that in which case we could move to another hotel after having already looked around on the spot (I’ll run ahead, but we didn’t go anywhere, but extended our stay at Stella : -).
After a tiring long road (Moscow-Istanbul-Hurghada), we were settled in a state of zombies before the official check-in, they gave a better room than we booked on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool with slides.
The room is very good: a large bathroom (there are both a bath and a shower), the water pressure is good, both cold and hot; a large room with a comfortable bed, a TV, a refrigerator, a balcony with a pleasant view and, which made us very happy, with a cool air conditioner that saved us from the cold in winter Egypt (unfortunately, when we arrived it got very cold and there was a terribly cold wind).
Restaurant: variety of dishes, every evening a new theme for dinner, good service. You can also have lunch at the restaurant by the heated pool or at the nearby Stella Beach Hotel by the sea (not the main restaurant)
Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby, quite weak to be honest. I bought Wi-Fi, which is available throughout the hotel, the signal is good everywhere: in the room, by the pool, in restaurants.
Sea: reached the sea in 7-10 minutes. There is a shuttle to the nearby Stella Di Mare Beach Resort, but we never used it.
The sea is beautiful, masks are required (bring them with you or buy them, because rent is not profitable at all).
Animation: there is exercise, zumba, water polo, volleyball, darts. We attended activities in 2 hotels. Evening program with shows and dancing, because of the cold we had everything indoors, but there is a stage outside. We had fun.
Excursions: since we didn’t have many days and the weather, to put it mildly, failed, we only went to ride ATVs (if you don’t take it from travel agencies, then be sure to bargain ...our price turned out to be much lower than many offered earlier).
As a result: the ideal price-quality ratio, the wonderful sea nearby, the friendly attitude of the staff, the desire to help and solve emerging issues, the hotel after renovation, delicious food, fun dancing. Would you return to the hotel? Definitely - Yes! ... but only during the warmer period)
