Stella is not a premium hotel. But definitely a leader in its price segment.
7 nights at Stella Gardens for two cost $600. Considering that a 4-hour flight from Kyiv to Hurghada cannot cost a penny, the amount that is spent directly on vacation is decreasing. This is important to understand in order to correctly correlate "price-quality".
So, in addition to a completely comfortable flight with Azur Air Ukraine (without delay), we received:
* Excellent "standard" with a view of palm trees, bougainvillea bushes and a pool with slides.
With a huge bed, perfect linens, a refrigerator, a terrace, hot water (24 hours) and other things that are indicated in the room description and numerous reviews. No one asked for a tip, everything worked in the room, we had no complaints during check-in. On the contrary, we immediately felt on vacation: relax and enjoy! )
* Excellent service. The reception is like your relatives who have not seen you for many years and now they are happy with every call to them : -) The waiters - their whole army - are attentive and cheerful (maybe there are a couple of gloomy ones)) Even the gardeners smile, greet and can ask: “ How are you? Things are good? ” Like many other guests, we made friends among the hotel administration: mega attentive Mohamed and Marina. Thank you!
* Delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks, a convenient schedule for both "owls" and "larks".
We are quite picky about food, but among dozens (! ) of dishes it is easy to find what you like. Here they cook excellent beef and poultry, fish and seafood, pasta (right in front of you and to your taste), there is a barbecue, a lot of vegetables, snacks, fruits. And desserts: oriental sweets, jelly, more than 15 types of cakes.
By the way, the chefs prepare dishes of a certain cuisine every day. Yes, not everything is perfect. For example, on our first day, one of the soups was called "Ukrainian Solyanka". In fact, it turned out to be a broth with a small amount of finely chopped meat (various) and pickles. It just amused me: oh, did the Egyptians try real hodgepodge)) I added croutons to the broth - and it turned out great)) families with children)
I noticed that the administration and staff of the hotel eat in the same restaurant after the main flow of guests - the same food as we do. No, we don’t eat up after us: there is so much food that it seems to never end!
And despite the fact that many vacationers put such mountains on their plates that are simply impossible to eat.
* Birthday celebration. In the afternoon, a fruit platter was brought to the room. And during the evening, the table in the restaurant was decorated with flowers; before dessert, a cheerful delegation from the staff sang an Arabic congratulatory song. We even danced a little together right between the tables : -) And then there was a great chocolate cake - with a candle, of course!
* a warm pool for adults, which was a pleasure to swim in the windiest February days; children have their own comfortable pond); invigorating pool with slides.
In general, there are a lot of pools, hardened people splashed in cold water, including a pool with artificial waves. Perhaps the bar opposite was a sponsor of their courage. : -)
* Clean beach equipped with pontoon ladders and lifeguards.
And also - active marine life not only at a depth near the reef: stingrays, colorful fish and fish (sometimes whole shoals! ), octopuses - all this can be observed right during a walk to the swimming place.
* Feeling of complete comfort and relaxation! Large and beautiful area. Very clean. The toilets at the pools and on the beach looked like they were cleaned before every visit.
* Communication with cats. 5-6 cats live on the territory: they are good, human-oriented, they love attention very much. But the guests are not welcome. And, if you are indifferent to animals, then you may not notice them. We assured that the cats regularly undergo veterinary procedures.
We suggested that the administration put collars on the pets so that all guests know that the animals are domestic, well-groomed and healthy. In our opinion, cats can become another hallmark of Stella Gardens.
