We were looking for a hotel with good food, decent service, good territory at an affordable price. My girlfriend stayed in it in 2015 and was very pleased, so when we were offered it, we usually doubted, because 5 years had passed. After reading the reviews, we decided to take a chance and did not regret it.
1. We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 put on our bracelets right away, despite the fact that about 20-30 people still came with us. We asked for three rooms next to each other on the ground floor, we were checked into the room after 30 minutes and the luggage was delivered immediately.
2. The rooms are very clean and clean bedding and white towels, water, tea, coffee, everything works according to the technique. Simple good number. We lacked one bed, at the request of the staff who brought the luggage within 10 minutes, we were brought a bed, bed, etc.

Cleaning in the room is very conscientious, towels are changed on demand, and not made up of those that you ask to replace, your things will always be made up and sit on the floor, even the curtain will be corrected if necessary, they always add water, tea, coffee, sugar, shampoos, conditioners, shower gel, body lotion.

6. Service. We are simply amazed at the high level of service from the receptionist to the cleaner.

Everyone is very friendly, they do not impose themselves, they delicately ask if everything is fine and if the necessary assistance is immediately provided. In the restaurant, at the bars, the waiters are also very scrupulous and friendly, always on foot before picking up the dishes, they will delicately ask permission. Everything is quickly cleaned and tables are set for other guests. Profit workers walk around the restaurant and immediately remove everything that has fallen. Our younger son broke the plate, they immediately ran to us with the words: "Madame know problems" and quickly cleaned everything up with a smile on their face. To be honest, the cleaners are standing by the toilet and quickly clean everything up. Everything around is very clean.
7. Nutrition. Just a supper very diverse, a lot of seafood, meat, vegetables, sweets bomb. Every day a new menu. Everyone will find to their liking. Everything is very fresh and cooked in front of guests, meat, fish, pasta, pancakes, pizza and even salads are prepared, etc. The restaurant is very clean, as in the whole territory. Dishes are clean enough.
There are no queues for anything in abundance, and if it ends quickly they will add, you won’t even feel it.

Ala carte restaurants (we were in Lebanese, Chinese and Italian) are just a bomb. Lebanese and Chinese are spicy in my opinion, but delicious (my husband loves spicy - just delighted), I was struck by the Italian supper ! ! ! Immediately, I note the food in a la carte is not the same as in the general restaurant as in most hotels in Egypt, but an individual cuisine. And what a presentation, taste, service!! ! ! Ala carte is very worthy!
8. The guests are mostly Europeans: a lot of Germans, there are French, Poles, a few Ukrainians and Belarusians.
We rested in Egypt for the 5th time, there is something to compare with, we always took hotels for many 5 * on the first line, but frankly, my family and our friends liked it here the most. The price fully corresponds to the quality and even more.
I am very pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and respect for guests, good food, cleanliness and a very green area. All guests are still treated well.

Special thanks to the very nice Mohammed at the reception, who settled and evicted us, the friendly Russian-speaking Marina (tourist), the very attentive, friendly, playful waiter Peter and all the staff (I don’t remember all the names) for an unforgettable stay.
