Good day.
Less than a week ago we returned from this beautiful hotel. . . but now more about the hotel and its staff. . .
1. Territory: I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is not embarrassed by the 2nd line. We arrived shortly after "start after stop", but the area was relatively well maintained and every day it was brought to excellent condition. On the territory there is a jacuzzi pool, a wave pool, a pool with an aqua park (2 slides) and a bar, and children's pools. Because neighboring hotel Stella di Mare beach and this hotel belongs to the same owner, then vacationers can visit both hotels and use the pools of both hotels.
2. Nutrition.

A very important question for many vacationers. So, the hotel has a main restaurant and several bars and food courts on site and on Stella di Mare beach... The food is varied, every day a new cuisine, which is announced by a banner at the entrance to the restaurant. Meat dishes are in abundance, as well as rice, potatoes, soups, breakfast cereals and scrambled eggs. The food court on the beach has delicious spaghetti. A huge variety of sweets and desserts (even in the Albatross there were fewer). Fruits, unfortunately, not very good: melons (often green and not sweet), apples, bananas and oranges, dates (very tasty). There was practically no seafood... once there was a seafood sauté , but it’s not a fact that you will get shrimp on your plate)). There are no juices in the pack or fresh juices at all. Water in the room is a bottle of 0.6 liters per person per day, coolers are freely available in bars and restaurants. Pepsi, Mirinda and Sprite are also everywhere. Beer, wine and local spirits are plentiful. The only thing I would like to see is ice cream, which is not available at all.
Separately, I want to talk about Ala Carte. There are two of them and both on the territory of Stella di Mare beach. We visited only Italian, and refused Indian. A visit to the restaurant was a little disappointing: we were booked at our reception desk at 20.00... we arrived, and they told us that it was necessary for 18.30... But nevertheless, we were seated at the table, given a menu, we chose dishes and....received them at 20.45 and at the same time the restaurant is open until 21.30 and we were constantly "driven" by the words "Dessert? ". At the same time, from the selected dishes, I really liked the mushroom soup, Caesar salad, lasagna and fruit salad with ice cream. Canelone with spinach were the same lasagna sheets, only with spinach between them, not meat; pizza with tuna is delicious, but tuna is from canned food, but tiramisu, which was listed on the menu as it should be, and we wanted to try a real dessert, but we got a biscuit cake, of which there were so many in the main restaurant ((Therefore, we put a minus for visiting
3. Numbers.
The buildings are 3 storeys and have an elevator.
Our room 1875 was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool with slides. The room is spacious with a double bed and an extra bed for a child. The bathroom is excellent, with a bath, shower and everything you need. Cleaning every day, although the floor would not hurt to wash)). Every day we were made various figures from a towel, for which many thanks to the guy.
4. Staff.
The entire staff is excellent, always friendly and ready to help. And this applies to absolutely everyone... from the reception desk to the cleaners of the territory and lifeguards. It was doubly pleasant when we came to the restaurant and saw a familiar face - one of the waiters worked at Albatros Palace last year. I would also like to note the work of a barista in a restaurant and a bartender in a bar near the pool with waves (the cocktails he made were excellent, and not out of the blue)
5. Settlement-eviction.

We arrived at 9 am, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent to have breakfast, and literally an hour later we already received a card from the room and took our things to the room.
We left at 14:40. We contacted the reception and after a conversation with the hotel manager, we extended the room until 14.00 with the opportunity to dine and all this is absolutely free!! ! For which many thanks to them!
6. Animation and entertainment.
The hotel has an animation team, a kids club, and table tennis. In the evening there is a mini disco for children and after a program for adults. There is no children's animator in the kids club and one of the sports animators performs its functions. We took our daughter to a club at Stella di Mare beach. . . she loved it. The evening program is focused mainly on locals, so there were a lot of competitions that were not interesting for us, etc. The administration should pay attention to this, because. in Stella di Mare beach, the work of animators is much more interesting. Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to the animator Amira, who tried to pay attention to all the children and was delighted with communicating with our daughter.
7. Internet.
Here is a huge minus for the hotel... the Internet is free only in the lobby near the reception and it works very poorly and slowly. But at the present time it is an important component of our life. So we bought a local SIM card and used it.
8. Sea and beach
The sea can be reached in two ways: on foot for 10-15 minutes or by bus from the reception every 10 minutes. The beach is well-groomed, there are photo locations and animators, a food court and 2 bars. There are enough sun loungers, but the low tides for almost the whole day do not allow splashing near the shore. Panton is stationary, 300 meters to the swimming area, the reef is so-so... but there are fish and there is something to see. True, in the lagoon you can swim with children, but on the edge of the pontoon there is immediately depth.
That's all. The hotel is definitely recommended. Next time we want to visit Stella di Mare beach
