1. The hotel is not 5 * - it doesn’t even pull 4k
2. The food is terrible, what was not eaten for dinner is served for the next breakfast and lunch in mix salads with an incredible amount of spices
3. Cleaning is terrible: they just make the beds without changing the bedding and wipe the floors with stinking rags. Dust and plumbing is not cleaned. We even stopped tipping
4. Plumbing leaks in the bathroom, there is water on the floor all the time
5. There are no disposable shampoos, no soap - nothing at all, just a wall box, like in public toilets.
6. There are no bathrobes or disposable slippers that are put in 5k
7. The staff is not at all friendly, I got the impression that Russian speakers in this hotel are not liked for some reason

8. It is located very far from Hurghada - 40 minutes by taxi. They don’t let their taxi into the territory, they force them to take a taxi, which costs exactly 3 times more. We called a taxi from Hurghada for 300 pounds - this is $ 18 for August 2019, and at the hotel 46 € there and back. Every time we had to fight to let our taxi through to the main entrance at the checkpoint, which is located 1 km from the main entrance
9. A terrible beach with an artificially created lagoon 2.5 meters deep, not even a single gray fish swims there.
In general, we do not recommend to anyone.
