The hotel is cool, the German chain LABRAND.

Booked a tour to Tui for $1200 for two for 7 nights. Windrose flew, everything is clear. When checking into the hotel at 21:30, they immediately offered to have dinner, since the restaurant closed at 22:00, for which they were a big +! The staff is friendly, although they did not understand the Russian language)) Settled quickly, without problems. The room was good, on the second floor overlooking the main pool, everything worked in the room.

The territory is large, beautiful green spaces. Clean, the territory is monitored.

The beach is good, clean, it will be convenient for children to swim.

There are no corals in front of our hotel, we wade to the island opposite the neighboring hotel (10 minutes to the place with corals) there was a beautiful reef with many beautiful fish.

There were always enough places on the beach and by the pool. There is a wonderful pool bar, we mostly drank beer, sometimes cocktails. There were no queues for the entire holiday (except for the beach restaurant from 12 to 13:00 for pizza, they stood for 15 minutes at rush hour, and then it was normal.
) There was always enough food, there were many different meat and fish dishes. Every evening they grilled chicken, fish and kebab. It was full of sweets and pastries.

In the evenings, various groups performed on the stage (fire show, jazz, competitions), it was not boring.

Of the small minuses that do not affect the overall impression:

1) There was no shower gel, shampoo in the room.

2) Water was brought to the room once the cleaner cleaned it. And so they asked.

3) The staff hardly understands Russian, even at the reception. And there was always a person who helped us in communication)). 70% Germans lived in the hotel, the rest were Belarusians and Ukrainians.
