We usually rest in Turkey, always 5 *, we came to Egypt for the 2nd time (in mid-May 2019), with my husband and a 2-year-old child. A hotel for a measured, calm and quiet holiday, the territory is understandable, there are no heaps of buildings and no hundreds of hectares of territory, everything is compact, but there is where to take a walk in the evening, there is a large green park on the territory of the hotel + a free promenade to the neighboring hotel of the same chain. Everything on the territory is well-groomed, very clean, blooms and is watered. There is nothing outside the hotel, so either a taxi to the city, or be limited to the territory of the hotel. There are shops in the hotel. There are no slides here, noisy "foamy" parties either. During the day, animators entertain fun, dance in the pool, play volleyball, darts and other games with vacationers. There is a cool playground under sun cover and a kids club.
In the evening, on the promenade street between the neighboring Labranda Club 4 * hotel, there are many a la carte restaurants (we visited 2 times for free in 14 days, an Italian restaurant and a Japanese one, it was very tasty and really like a restaurant, there weren’t any dishes from the general table, everything was menu) and a concert venue where live music and shows were played in the evenings. In the courtyard of the hotel - also live music in the style of jazz, or Latino, played the guitar or saxophone. Very cool). There was also children's animation. Noise and music ended at 23.00. Hang out until 2 am - downstairs under the hotel there is a disco that you can't hear, and it's super. The weather in May on the 20th is hot, 37 degrees, but in the evening it's fine, the breeze is +24. Vacationers - mostly Germans, Swiss, Austrians - 60%, Turks - 20%, Ukrainians, Belarusians - 10%, very few Russians - 5%. The hotel is not for youth, many with small children and those over 40.
Beach: the hotel is located in the lagoon, and if the nearby Stella hotel has low tide every day and the bottom is bare, then there is no low tide (wonders of nature)), the bottom is sand, the beach is sand, though not fluffy, but without stones and shells. The entrance is gentle, super for a child, it was about 10 meters from the shore up to my neck. The sea is calm, without waves and warm. If you look at the fish, then there are some corals on both sides along the edges of the lagoon, my husband went there with a mask. Many go to the pier of the neighboring hotel Stella di mare, 10 minutes walk. But their pontoon is so long that it seems you will go until sunset))). The beach is huge, there were enough sunbeds for everyone, especially after dinner it was full of empty ones. Arranged in such a way that no one lies on their heads, far apart. Pools: a little cool water in the morning, maybe that's why at 10 in the morning it was not a problem to find free sunbeds, apparently in the morning most of them rested on the sea. And after lunch, the people disappeared somewhere, there are a lot of free people everywhere.

Meals: I don’t know who writes that there is no variety or everything is not fresh, there was enough of everything and always fresh. There was dried red tuna, squid, several times sushi for dinner almost every day, always grilled fish, meat, duck, lamb, a huge amount of vegetables, herbs, green salads and sweets. For breakfast, 5-6 types of yogurt, 3 types of fish (like our herring))), sausage and sausages - the only fu, like everywhere else, oatmeal, muesli, etc. There were always enough places in the general restaurant, again, because a third of the hotel ate at the beach restaurant, where the menu is similar. There was something to feed the child, because. there was a separate dietary table with boiled chicken and beef meat, mashed potatoes and pasta, etc. There is a pharmacy on the territory at reasonable prices.
Check-in: we arrived at the hotel at 8 am, put $ 50 in the passport at check-in, settled at 9.00 in the most excellent room, as for me, 1st floor with a terrace, in the center of the hotel overlooking the pool. Almost no room has a sea view, except for the bungalow. But within easy reach of the restaurant, the sea and the pool. The soundproofing is super, the neighbors and the noise of the street during the lunchtime sleep of the child was not heard, as well as the evening music. Yes indeed, there was no soap in the bathroom, only liquid soap. Even in expensive 5 * Turkey, where it is full of lotions and scrubs, I never use it, I always bring my shampoo and my balm, and my cream, I think the girls will understand me. The room is large, cleaned well, the bed was changed 3 times a week, towels every day, mini-bar - water every day for 2 bottles. 1.5 l, cola, fanta, sprite. There is no tub in the bathroom)) only a huge shower. Everything is clean, there was no mold anywhere.
This is one of the few hotels I would like to return to. Quiet relaxation vacation, with super conditions for small children, especially the sea. Who goes for disco and parties - this is not here.
