Rested in the second half of March for 11 nights. We chose this hotel because the reviews were good and there was a bay for a smooth (without damage to the feet, most importantly) going to sea for a child.
In Egypt for the first time, so the response is purely subjective.
First about the travel agency. Bought a tour from TUI through a Dizzy travel agent. The manager who led us all the hard hour did his job, I would say more than 100%. Thank you very much for that!
So, I do not want to write about the arrival and all the other nuances (namely, nuances, not problems). Flight, transfer was normal, no accidents. I would like to stay more at the hotel.
Check-in took place very quickly (and we arrived at the hotel at 20:30), and at the reception the administrator really wanted us to have dinner)))). We, still off the road, wanted to settle first, and then fill our stomachs. The room was given in a side view of the central buildings, near a small pool with a bar.

Room: a fairly large triple room with a balcony overlooking the pool (I wrote above), 2nd floor. The room is in pretty good condition, plumbing is normal, not a shower, and a bath (maybe for someone it's bad, but for us the rules). Gel, shampoo and all this of yours)))) was not, just soap (as far as I understand), to what in 2 places.
The furniture is not new, but in my opinion, let the good old wooden be better than the old, but with chipboard)). Large wardrobe in the hallway. There is also a refrigerator and a small electric kettle with a set of cups, tea, sugar and coffee.
Large 2-bed and 1-bed, 2 bedside tables, table with mirror, table with 2 chairs, 1 chair (stool type) and a fairly large stand (if I understood correctly for shoes))))
Balcony: 2 armchairs and a plastic table (plastic is a good, not cheap option). More about the balcony: it does not open from the outside. So be respectful when you go out on the balcony and there is no one in the room! Because you will not return to the room yourself.
Will the security open you up? It happened to us on the first evening. It would be better if they wrote such a warning on the balcony door))))
The room was cleaned daily. There are no claims at all. But the quality of cleaning does not depend on whether you leave $ 1 to the cleaner or not, so I think you can leave several times (not every day). We have not seen crocodiles and swans))))
The key is a magnetic card, so when you go out and pull out the card, nothing in the room works. Therefore, it is better to charge everything when you are in the room.
2. Food: there were 2 restaurants (in the main building and on the beach). The menus are pretty good. The meat was chicken (grilled, fried, boiled) and beef. There was also fish (I don't eat fish, so I didn't pay attention to what it was). Do not take sausages - rare. at. Cheeses are good, especially white cheese, such as feta. Milk (if someone loves) was different: yogurt of different kinds, cottage cheese, etc. (do not disappear)))). Vegetables are always fresh, the same for salads (many species).
Also, vegetables are fried or grilled daily. For breakfast omelets (different types), breakfast cereals with milk, pancakes (they were jams, jams, chocolate, nuts, honey). Pizza: this is a separate topic. It was baked constantly, nothing special, but very tasty. Soups, like all Arabic soups - soup Separately, I would like to note the themed parties. The street food festival is great (on the promenade between 4 * and 5 * hotels, where there are Alya-kart restaurants). Also, fish dinners, where you cook fish in different ways. And our last dinner was in the Slavic style: stuffed cabbage, borsch, cutlet in Kyiv style, etc. Also, on Saturday the hotel will have a strawberry dinner for dessert. The whole dessert of presentations on separate tables is a must see! Ala-carte restaurants: we saw 3 coupons for free visits. Were in Italian, Asian and Egyptian.
Only in Egyptian we can say that there really was authentic food, in others the food is delicious, but cooked by the Arabs, so do not want to blame))).
To sum up, the food is delicious. Maybe because of the covid there is not enough variety, but you will definitely not be hungry!

Rum, gin and tequila are neutral of them all. Nothing special, but possible. Beer is quite good, but only if from jars, from taps is very light. But that's what you can drink. There are no limits on portions - take as much as you can take at a time))). We were in the central pool (warms up to +28) and in the pool near our building (it does not heat up, but if it is hot, you can swim))).
It seemed that every bartender in these pools receives ZP from how many drinks he distributes, so near the pool, which is not heated, he even delivered drinks to a leather lounger. Moreover, sometimes you did not even have to order))) I saw that if you run out of drink, you renew yourself)). Bartenders are always in a good mood. They were very submissive with their responsible attitude to work. Highest grade!
4. Beach + Pools: 2 lagoons, sand, smooth entrance without corals. The depth to the middle is decent, so it is better not to let the children go. There is no pontoon. A large number of sunbeds and umbrellas. How many times have I been to the beach - there were always places. Probably because the water in the lagoons is colder than in the pool and on the open sea, and maybe because the wind was such that it lived so as not to freeze when you get out of the water))). The situation was a bit different with the pools. There were 3 of them.
Central, where all the traffic, lateral between the buildings and another small near the central. Only the central one was heated, so when the strong wind started, all the people moved from the beach there. Sunbeds could be occupied only if from 7 am.
5. Animation. She was the least interested, so I'll tell you in 2 words. A team of good guys who constantly tried to attract the maximum number of people. They worked well. Water aerobics, water polo, darts, when there was no wind, there was yoga and volleyball on the beach. Constantly invented some chips. In the evening there was a children's disco, and for adults performed with the program.
6. Territory: quite large, everything is cleaned, constantly working with plants and lawns. They try to keep everything in good condition.
7. Staff. Everyone is very friendly. In 10 days, there has never been such a desire to make a claim to at least one of the staff. This, as I understand it, is such a natural ability of the Egyptians.
8. Wi-fi. Horrible.
Normal only at the reception. For this the hotel received 8 points from me. Bought SIM cards at the airport. Vodafone clearly did not add the GB that were registered. So buy other operators.
In general, the hotel is very good for recreation, especially with children, excellent attitude of staff to guests.
