The hotel is very good, but if you want to find flaws - you will certainly find them. We went beyond the sea, corals and fish, we got all this in full, even a reef shark (I wish I hadn't seen it) and turtles (they were incredibly happy). The reef near the hotel is very beautiful, but it’s scary to swim with your back to the depth, it was from there that the shark sailed. We went to the beach of the Shawnee Bay Hotel (3 MINUTES) there is also a GORGEOUS REEF, only entering from the shore along the sand. There are many different types of fish. Rays, lionfish, big fish of unknown breed that grins like a dog when you dive towards it. If you want to go on boat trips, the hotel has a diving club "Adriatic", with them you can go swimming in Abu Dabab and in the mangrove reserve, they make a discount for Russians. Ali-Bob and Bidi are there, they speak Russian and in general they are the nicest guys.
The food is very good, the rooms are good, the staff is friendly enough, but if you are not very interested in the underwater world, then in my opinion, there is absolutely nothing to do in this hotel (and in general in Marsa Alam).
