Standard rooms, normal. There is hot water, drinking water per day 2x0.5, but you can get it in the restaurant. Food is normal, there is a choice, there is no limit in quantity. Meat, fish, poultry are diverse, desserts, fruits are normal, local alcohol cannot be drunk)) maybe beer, because everyone takes it, I have not tried it. There is wine for lunch and dinner, sometimes it is diluted ungodly…
In the lobby bar there is ice cream, $ 2.
Beach: there are few sun loungers, you have to take them in the morning. The house reef is not bad (but Elphinstone, Utopia is better). However, there are a lot of fish and they are diverse, except for small ones, two moray eels, we saw a small shark, turtles swam, one at a time, but sociable, I swam next to it for a long time)
The wind is like everywhere in Marsa Alam, but only one day in the morning there was a red flag all day.

There is no beach from the west coast, except ONLY in corals it is like walking up to your knees)) pontoon 100 m, normal.
There is a pharmacy and souvenir shops.
From the pleasant: the amphitheater with animation is located behind the residential buildings, so it is quiet in the evening, who wants peace. And it was also nice to get a souvenir at the reception in Ukrainian)
The hotel is mostly Poles, Czechs, a few Italians, Germans, and a few Ukrainians. On the beach they offer camels and horses to ride, there are quad bikes, and you can also drive in the desert. There is a diving club, but it is weak. There is a SPA, I did not use it. The service on the beach is not very intrusive, once you refuse - they do not come anymore. The staff is friendly, they are happy to give gifts, but they do not require tips. I always take reusable plastic cups with me, the disposable ones at the bar are terrible))
