General impression of the hotel: an ordinary, not a new hotel with a greatly inflated price tag. For 12 days we paid 126000 (including New Year's dinner), but in fact the hotel, in my opinion, should have cost 75-80.000 no more (and this is on hot dates) . In Marsa Alam for the 6th time, before it was in Lamai, Khabib's Calimera (twice), Crown Plaza Sahara, Resta Grand. I would put this hotel in last place, even if there was a water park.
The rooms in the hotel are very used and it is felt in everything, even washing in the shower was sometimes a problem, it happened either there was no pressure at all, or there was pressure but no cold water, and only pure boiling water was coming. They called the plumbers, knocked something, twisted it, said everything was OK and left, as you understand there were no changes. The air conditioner also worked on even numbers, did not work on odd ones.

The food is modest, the fish is cooked poorly, the meat is better, the barbecue pleased every dinner on the street, the first hotel in which there were no watermelons and melons at all (about strawberries, in general, I am silent), there were also no packaged juices, in general, the hackneyed phrase "you will not stay hungry "It's very out of place, you seem to be full, but there are no tasty dishes.
Staff and service: good service, almost all waiters are polite, fast, unobtrusive, especially if you encourage them with a tip, the cleaner cleaned well, he made all kinds of figures, very slow employees at the reception: to call a plumber, you had to call once and come twice reception, as a result, after 2.5 hours, the plumber appeared, which is why they did not get to dinner. Also, surprisingly, the hotel has no room service. That is, you cannot order anything in the room, even for money.
The territory of the hotel: large, green, much better than in the photo. The water park is great for kids and adults. Many pools are heated. The weather, of course, was colder than in previous winters, but still pleased.
As I understand it, the owner of the hotel has recently changed, and instead of somehow improving and modernizing the hotel in accordance with the time and price requested for the hotel, they are simply trying to squeeze out more money from the former glory of the hotel. We bought this hotel with departure and arrival through Marsa Alam airport (it was important, I was sick in buses), as a result, a week before departure, they changed it to Hurghada airport.
