Buying a tour, we never think about safety, because they are used to the hotels always have cameras, everyone is resting quietly and the staff will protect their guests, but not in this hotel.
Due to the constant red flag at sea, we spent 95% of the pool. A few days before the end of the holiday, one pair (50 years) began to rest near us, the day before the departure "Women" gave a phrase to 2 women with 3 children "You Kuritsa", to which my colleague replied "We are not Kuritsa, but women", then that is the man "women" (reading as an asshole). While calling the staff for help, this asshole with his female just escaped. Turning to the reception for him to come and apologize we got a boom for 2 days and no reaction.
We also talked to the general manager, but the answer was one - we understand, one of the versions was "we sent a person to him in a room, but he did not open the door, and the neighbors began to complain about knocking on the door", but as it turned out it was my neighbor and I heard nothing and complained - a miracle.

Guide Bak did not even come to help us in the situation, to call the police and the receptions (for the more than 10 times 10 times in Egypt, I never even thought of contacting the police and I do not understand what procedure, because Arabic is clearly a barrier). Note that the cameras showed us and there is a video of a blow and a fall - to all spit.

The sea is a west of pontoon, there is almost no fishes because of dead corals. They bathed three times for all vacations, running immediately as they saw the yellow flag. Twice, when leaving the sea, they turned to the rescuer because they could not flow on their own due to a strong flow 2-3 meters from the steps. The west from the beach is a centimeter of 10-30 water on the plates.
Therefore, the sea is not suitable for children or adults.

Food - like everything in Egypt, the choice of other hotels is small, but you can always eat.

The rooms are normal at first glance, but everyone (we had 7 rooms) did not work, the kettle, the refrigerator, the mixer in the shower, the toilet flowed. All these remarks are: "2 minuts", the result: zero reaction.

Settlement is horror. We were moved and we arrived at 15 for settlement, but at 22:30, that is, we expected that the numbers would be ready (naive). The inhabitant began after 23, half of the settlement has already come out the next day.

Therefore, I do not recommend the hotel even with a big discount, because to relax by the pool with the feeling that you can beat you and no one will help you - doubtful pleasure for your money.
