In Marsa Alam, you will not see the best reefs anywhere in Egypt, a very beautiful sea, you can walk to two piers or just go near the International Hotel where there are almost no waves. The biggest minus from Ukraine is that I don’t fly planes to Marsa Alam from Hurghada for almost 4 hours by bus, the day is lost.
