I stayed at the hotel with my husband from 11/21/2010 to 12/04/2010 on the All Inclusive system. We flew at night to Hurghada airport from Ufa, flew 6 hours, got to the hotel by a small bus for 4 hours, arrived at the hotel somewhere at 8 am local time. At the reception, Hanni did not speak Russian, but somehow he understood us, so as not to wait for 12 noon, since almost everywhere in Egypt check-in is at 12:00, we decided to pay to be settled immediately and in a normal room. Hanni gave us a price of $20 for the room and $20 for us to wear bracelets and go to breakfast. We were offered 2 rooms, we chose 318. The hotel area is generally not bad, a beautiful well-groomed garden and a sea with very beautiful corals and fish, in the evening from the pier you can see a lot of fish and a barracuda about 1.5 m in size. , once late in the evening we we even saw a dolphin and a stingray lying at the bottom right next to the pier during the day - this is probably all that we liked. The food is very poor and monotonous, buns and cakes with mold, rice porridge was normal at first, and then it was sour for 2 days, fruits are not ripe, ripe ones are very rare, the only day when you can eat normally is Wednesday dinner, the so-called "Eastern day" , only on this day I like almost all the food, though a little spicy, oriental sweets are very tasty. Bottled water is not given, only for money, from the machine you can only get into a glass, instead of Yuppy orange juice, instead of sprite soda with water, for breakfast milk diluted with water. As for the animation, it was still there in the first week of our vacation, but in the second week, when there were fewer people in the hotel, half of the animators, including the only Russian speaker, disappeared somewhere. In general, the second week we had no animation at all, and we were dying of boredom. The hotel has small slides, but they were turned on very rarely, and on the last day of our vacation I could not find anyone to turn on the slides. Beach towels, too, then there was simply no one to take and no one to hand over, I went to the reception about this, they told me no problem, take the wet towel to the room and hand it over on the day of departure along with the key, of course I was shocked by this, but this is not the worst thing about this hotel. Mosquitoes just devoured us, at night we had to go to the reception so that an Arab came to us with an aerosol and sprinkled it in the room, only then we could still fall asleep, and there are flies in the restaurant right on the food. Several times we saw cockroaches measuring 5-10 cm near the restaurant, once we almost stepped on a poisonous snake on the stairs in the theater, I'm still horrified, I didn't think there were snakes there. There are also lizards that sometimes run into the room. We swam from the pier it is very shallow near the coast, very far to the depth, the pier is about 500 meters. As for the bar and alcoholic drinks, I was surprised that for alcohol you also have to sign on some piece of paper, the pool bar closes before 23:00. No one speaks Russian, in the bar I somehow had to explain what I want. On the beach we met wild dogs, from which you can expect anything. Almost all Italians rest in the hotel, there were few Poles and Russian tourists. I noticed that Russians are not treated very well, Italians are loved more. Behind the hotel, as well as almost everywhere in Egypt, a lot of garbage. In general, I want to warn those who are going to this hotel, of course it is better to go to big cities like Hurghada, we really liked it there, the service and food in Hurghada is 1000 times better than in Marsa Alam. And in Hurghada, we did not see a single mosquito, fly, cockroach, and certainly not a single snake.
