The hotel is not 5, the hotel is 3+. This is not my opinion, this is the opinion of 10-15 tourists with whom I was lucky enough to rest in this hotel from August 6 to 16.2013. The level of service does not reach 2 stars at all, and now I will tell you why. 1. We sit at the bar at the reception. A waiter walks by. I asked him to bring a sprite, and he answered me (in English): "Sorry, I'm busy. " "But you're a waiter, aren't you? " - "Well, I'll bring it now. " And I never saw him again. 2. The waiter on the beach poured himself juice from a common cooler (apparently he wanted to drink). Took a sip and spat it out. Juice tasteless =)3. Everyone had problems with the locks in the room. They are old and eat constantly. 4. Sunbeds near the sea are always busy, because people pay money to the "monkey" on the beach to take them sunbeds. 5. The towel, which I did not have time to return yesterday, is not changed today, because there is a rule: “one towel a day” (in a 5-star hotel? )6. The most shameful thing there is food stamps. I have not seen this even in 3 stars. The last time it was in a student camp (which is 1 star)7. No afternoon tea. That is a very long break between lunch and dinner. 8. Descent into the sea one for 2 hotels. And exactly one (one staircase). And it is raised at 1700, when it's time to swim only on the way. 9. For dinner I was looking for tea. I asked the waiter where he was. Received the answer: "Tea is finished" (5-star hotel). There was also no tea at dinner. It probably won't be until next year. 10. I took a soccer ball with me (that is, my own). In the evening at 1800 I played on the field. A "monkey" came up to me and said that the beach is until 1800, and he needs to work (level the sand on the beach). 11. One of the notable attributes of a 5-star hotel is missing - freshly squeezed juice. In general, if there is an opportunity to refuse this hotel - do it without hesitation.
