I would like to share my impressions about the rest in the wonderful hotel Iberhotel Costa Mares.
For the first time in Mars Alam, despite the fact that the hotel is located in a beautiful bay, with a diverse underwater world, the hotel is literally in a wasteland, but this did not bother us, the hotel has a shop where you can buy everything you need.
Also pleased with the distance from the airport, only 15 minutes drive.
Special thanks to all the staff! Very responsive, friendly, ready to help with everything!
Many thanks to the lifeguards on the beach, Tamer and Mahmud, who will show you all the beauties of the Red Sea for free. It was with them that we managed to see a large number of fish, rays, turtles and a sea cow!
As for the cleaning of the rooms, everything is clean, towels are changed every day, thanks a lot to Abdelfatah who serves the rooms in block 6. Every day he came up with some kind of surprise for us, either elephants, or crocodiles, or made a monkey out of towels!
Animation in the hotel is great! Both daytime and evening. The guys are very friendly and fun.
Thanks also to Olesya, who is the account manager. He will solve any of your questions and help with any problem!
The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied. There is absolutely enough of everything. Thanks to Ibrahim from the main restaurant, very helpful and nice waiter! The Ala Carte restaurant offers a choice of Italian or fish hotel. We went to the fish, we really liked it. The restaurant is located on the beach and in the evening, of course, it is very dark, since there is nothing nearby and there is no lighting, so it seems that there is really a desert around : -)
As such, there were no minuses in the hotel, I repeat everything is very clean, new, created for maximum comfort. Will definitely come back!? ?
