Yesterday we returned from the hotel, and we already want to go back. The hotel is beyond praise! The service is just great. You feel like a welcome guest here. For the first time, tips are not required, but you yourself want to give them. The general manager walks around, asking if everything is in order, if there are any comments, whether they saw dugong and turtles or not. Waiters constantly walk along the beach and near the pool, delivering water, cocktails. Rescuers will show you where to look for the dugong, and even help you get to it, however, if it lies down and eats. And so you need to look for it yourself, constantly swim in the area from 9 to 10 in the morning and from 15.00 until sunset. Usually at this time there are no boats and all the guests of the Iberotel are in search of a dugong, and if someone sees him, he calls everyone, and then how lucky. It can fly like a rocket (we had it 2 times), and the one who sees it nearby, or it can stupidly lie down and eat, moving slowly from time to time, and then only the lazy one will not see it.
There are many turtles, we once observed 5 turtles at the same time. There has never been a swim without meeting turtles. After lunch, they often swim close to the shore. As for the reef - rather weak, but there are interesting specimens. They clean the rooms well, spin the figurines, swans, replenish the mini bar.


The animation team is small (2 Arab guys and a children's animator girl Sonya from Ukraine). The guys are groovy, funny, dance very well and are not intrusive. Previously, they wrote for children's animation that it was missing, I don't know, we were without children, but I would not give a two-year-old child to any animator. I personally observed how Sonya constantly walked, collected the children, walked with them around the hotel, and every evening there was children's animation. I agree that yes, there is no canopy over the playground, but I think they are working on it. The good news is that the employees of the SPA center are also not intrusive.
They offer their services, if you refuse, they thank you and wish you a good rest. I especially want to mention the restaurant and kitchen staff. The waiters run all the time (they run and don’t walk), they bring all the drinks themselves, and even get offended if you take it yourself. All the time they said: you sit down, we will bring everything. The tables were cleared immediately. There is enough space for everyone at any time. Food also, if something is over, then a maximum of 5 minutes will bring everything. I especially want to mention the chef Mr. Hany. He controls everything, constantly went out into the hall, talked with tourists, asked if there were any special requests. If you have allergies, or any restrictions, he will prepare everything individually for you.

The cuisine is very varied and delicious. Constantly there was not only two kinds of meat. Once I specially counted what choice of meat was for dinner: beef, chicken, lamb, turkey, duck rolls, lamb cutlets.
In addition, there were always fish. For a week, there was sushi, tuna, shrimp, crabs once (fish day on Mondays), salmon three times a week. And what is characteristic, for the first time in Egypt, they were deliciously cooked and without bad health consequences. Almost every morning there is red fish for breakfast, a very good selection of cheeses. Do not list everything. Very tasty desserts, a rich selection of fruits: both whole and sliced, but I probably agree that the mango was not enough. Although the whole day you could take fresh mango at the bars (as well as strawberry and guava). The main contingent in the hotel: Germans, Poles, Czechs, Ukrainians. It is not a party place, people come here for relaxation and for turtles with a dugong. The hotel for me is the best in Egypt! But it has one very big drawback - you don't want to leave it!!! !
