Gorgeous, tastefully furnished hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly and courteous people. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to return. The short drive to the airport (about 20 minutes) was very pleasant. There was only one hotel on the way to the airport and back. The hotel is right on the beach. From the sandy beach we could snorkel right in the bay. The bay is a popular destination as manatees can snorkel. Several excursion boats go to the bay every day, but they did not bother us. At the moment it is (so far! ) the only hotel in the bay. The view of the still unexplored landscape was magnificent!
Our room was tastefully decorated and very clean. The terrace with a small "garden part" in front of it was very spacious and had a sea view.
The staff were very attentive, friendly and accommodating.
The choice in the buffet in the morning and in the evening was very tasty, varied and plentiful! At lunchtime, we could order dishes from a small menu and eat in the "sand bar" right on the beach. We especially liked the a la carte menu as a replacement for the buffet in the evening at the beach restaurant. When we went on a trip, we were able to order takeaway lunch boxes. They could be a little richer. When we returned from a tour late in the evening, we still had the opportunity to eat from the buffet! That was great!
