The hotel is located in a small area in a large complex. The complex is neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The family room was nice but our view was of the associated water park and loud music during the day. The buffet is not outstanding but good but very repetitive. The beach is within walking distance from the hotel. Good sunbed, umbrellas and windshields. Snacks and food on the beach are simple but much lower quality than in the restaurant. Unfortunately, one person got sick because of this. The associated SPA is very good. We also booked a snorkeling trip at the diving school and it was a lot of fun. We saw manatees and turtles. The complex consists of several hotels and a 2.5 km walkable path. The fitness room is small. During our stay in the park, active construction and repair work was carried out.
