The overall impression of the hotel and staff is good. But there were misunderstandings during the settlement and at the expense of the water park too.
Rested 2 families 2 and 4 people. To our surprise at the reception, we were told that they had 3 and 3 registered in the system, and clearly 2 and 4 people in the voucher. In general, I had to be nervous. After we were settled in 2 rooms, friends brought an extra bed.
Further, at the expense of the water park, again at the reception they began to say that their system shows no payment. Although we were voluntarily forced to pay for the water park when buying a tour. I don’t need it for nothing, but my friends decided to visit it. As a result, they got tired of finding out and just went to the water park without re-payment, which was demanded from us.
In all other respects, there are no complaints, the food is good, tasty. From seafood - squid, crabs, fish, shrimps.
From meat chicken, beef, turkey.

A large selection of sweets (I don’t eat them, but I tried selectively, delicious).
Egyptian alcohol.
We were pleased with fresh juices (guava, strawberries, $ 1 each).
The territory is large, not very green in comparison with the neighboring Jazz hotels.
The beach is wide with plenty of sunbeds.
The sea is open with waves and deep. You can’t swim far from the pontoon, it’s scary and the lifeguard whistles. But there is a plus that you can use the territory and the beach of the neighboring Jazz, we often went swimming in Lamayu, there is a bay. We took an excursion from the diving center of our hotel for $ 100 for two.
The guys had a great trip on the yacht! We saw why we came to Marsa Alam, huge turtles, dugong, dolphins.
I also want to add that the climate in Marsa Alam is hotter than in Sharm and Hurghada!
