We were in March with my husband and two young daughters.
From the airport 5 minutes by car to the hotel, the very first ones are dropped off.
Being at the reception, they asked us to change the room from the family room to another, overlooking the pool with floor-to-ceiling windows. They changed our room immediately, without any extra charge. The kids could run out of the room immediately to splash in the pool and there was also a children's room with an amazing animator kids club Sonya, to which my kids rushed every morning : )
The rooms are huge, a large closet, a bathroom, a bed for adults, a bunk bed in a separate room for children, they cleaned every day, the room is always clean, everything is there, a hairdryer, 2 bathrobes, towels, beach towels.
The restaurant has a huge variety of dishes, Egyptian national dishes, juices, 2 coffee machines, sweets for every taste are in a separate counter. The chief chef always stands and greets guests with a smile. All the staff at the hotel are friendly, attentive and smiling.
. They love kids. We were constantly given some sweets to the children, entertained them with tricks, and so on.
