We chose our vacation around the school holidays and we were right - it was very warm, but not hot either. I liked everything: the water park will be of interest to everyone, the food in the restaurant and in the food courts is delicious and varied. The children ate with pleasure. The animation is cool, not intrusive. In the evenings at 20.30 there is a mini disco for children, at 21.15 there is a show, different every evening. A beach with a lifeguard is cool, it’s not like that everywhere. Entry into the water is comfortable. Nearby there are corals fenced with buoys, we snorkeled for fun!
The staff is very friendly and attentive. We arrived late in the evening after 22. At the reception we were asked to go to the restaurant, have dinner and then register. This was very nice considering we were with children.
We had a super professional waiter, not intrusive, attentive. He always talked about interesting dishes, some barbecue dishes, some soups, some interesting oriental desserts. Remembered our names and drink preferences. He brought me and my husband cappuccino and coffee from the lobby bar, they are simply magical there. Humorous Kareem and Mohammed work in the lobby bar. Karim speaks Russian well and makes very tasty and original drinks. My daughters simply fell in love with the animators Sasha & Vlada. Such specialists add advantages to the hotel!
