I want to share my impressions about the rest at the Jaz Solaya hotel in Marsa Alam.
Rested with family (2+1). We arrived at the hotel on 13.05 around 22.00. We were received wonderfully. Settled in 10 minutes. The restaurant was closed when we checked in, but they provided us with a pretty decent dinner! They even brought yogurt and sweets to the child.
The hotel is not big, but with a very beautiful, green and well-groomed territory. We had a deluxe family garden room. Clean, well maintained. Mohammed, who cleaned our room, made different figures from towels every day! Daughter is delighted!!!
Beach and sea - it's generally paradise! Fine sand, crystal clear water. Entry into the sea from the shore, at first 30-50 m will be knee-deep water, then gradually the depth increases, which is very convenient for families with small children. Nearby there is also a pontoon from which you can see the beauty of the underwater world. Across the road from the hotel is a chic Aqua Park!!!
The food at the hotel is top notch. Everything was enough and very tasty. Special thanks from our daughter Masha to the chef from the Tropicana bar for the most delicious pizza!!!
English speaking staff but very attentive and unobtrusive. Since now the Ukrainians have begun to arrive, the hotel managers took Russian-speaking girls to the reception (Katya) and to the animation (Julia).
The animators are great guys! Zidane, Anya, Abdula, Ex, Tomas, Julia. The child every day just bathed in their attention! Even when my daughter wanted to go to the kids club, and it was closed (there was a legal day off for the animators), we were not refused and the animator Tomasz played with the child.
Every evening the hotel has live music, there were belly dances, a mini Brazilian carnival, contests. For a family vacation, it's the best!
The entire staff of the hotel is very pleasant, smiling, and does everything to make you want to come back to them again and again!!!
We were very pleased with the holiday.
