I never write reviews, but this time I want to share my impressions about the Jaz Solaya hotel. First time in Marsa Alam and not the first in Egypt, so there is something to compare. Upon arrival at the hotel, we did not have to crowd around the reception desk (about 10 people arrived), a chilled drink was served and while we were resting, everything was quickly arranged and taken to the rooms (everything happened before 2 pm). The service is impeccable, it seemed that the waiters, bartenders know what you want even before you yourself understand what you want)). And all this with a smile and respect.
The room was Superrior Deluxe after renovation, large, bright, everything is new. Cleaning: if I wanted to find fault with something - there was not a grain of sand, not a thread on the tile. Amir, of course, did all sorts of miracles out of towels. The hotel belongs to the Jaz group and is very well located in relation to the beaches. There is a beach (we called it children's), you need to walk 50 m to the depth, there is a pontoon and there is a beach for relaxation, we called it oceanic). You can’t swim there, but if you want to feel the noise and smell of the sea-ocean, go there. I won’t write about the underwater fauna, as for me, the reef is good, there are a lot of fish in the morning, we even saw an octopus and a sea dragon.
The promenade path of about 2 km allowed to burn a little fat after a delicious meal. The chefs of the hotel deserve gratitude, the food is deliciously cooked, the assortment is not very large, but of high quality. Snacks are works of art. Chicken, lamb, fish, squid, shrimps, fruits - apples, oranges, delicious grapefruits, dates, peaches, plums, melons. I am silent about desserts)) I also want to note the cleanliness of the territory and the beaches. All the time something is being rowed and watered. We did not go on excursions, because were in Luxor, but the rest were not interested. We took a transfer to Port Ghalib. Pretty town with Moroccan-Italian touches. We bought vitamins and medicines at the pharmacy, took pictures and returned back after 2 hours.

In general, this beach holiday in my rating, I attributed to one of the best. I would like to express my gratitude to the administration and hotel staff for their work, wish many tourists and not lose their brand in the future. I think we'll be back!
