Hello! We are divers! We have been planning a trip to Marsa Alam for a long time, before that we had 30 vacations in hotels in Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh, so we certainly have something to compare with. And we did not fail by choosing the Jaz Solaya hotel !! ! The hotel area is amazing! (five Jaz hotels are smoothly interconnected and you can safely move around the territory of other hotels and arrange a promenade) the rooms are excellent! The food is exquisite! And moreeeeeee - living creatures here are simply unmeasured! dolphins swim in the bay of the hotel, there are turtles, octopuses, stingrays, moray eels ...But, our vacation would not have been so incomparable and magnificent if it were not for the hotel staff! Let's start with the check-in: no matter what time you arrive at the hotel, you will be immediately settled in the room, no expectations, you will not see unfortunate tourists for the entire stay here, forced to sleep on the reception sofas while waiting for the rooms !! ! We wanted to change the number and we were simply asked: what do we want?
No surcharges, no money extortion!


Reception staff attentive and smiling! I would especially like to mention Mr. Henny - the most pleasant person and professional leader! Any question Mr. Henny solves in a matter of seconds, in addition to the reception, he finds time to communicate with hotel guests on the beach and by the pool (when he rests - it is not known) at the same time - he always smiles !! ! We had a great time talking to him! Russian-speaking guest Katerina is often with him - the sweetest girl, she will listen to everyone, help everyone, very delicate. We would be pleased to see both Mr. Henny and Katenka next time, and we are going to come here in the fall! Now, about food, you must admit that this is an important part of a great vacation! And it's just great!! ! No matter - breakfast, lunch or dinner Bravo!
This is the merit of the chef of the hotel, Mr. Yusru - he constantly, starting from breakfast, goes around the tables, and asks the guests if everything is fine? what wishes? Believe me, dishes and desserts are often well-decorated, but taste...not so good. Here, everything coincided: in addition to the design, it was delicious, extraordinarily, besides that, every day - seafood, and this is a very high indicator of the level of the hotel!

And, I would like to note the great idea of ​ ​ ​ ​ transferring dinner from the restaurant to the pool, we saw how everyone tried, how they arranged the tables correctly, did the lighting, for which many thanks again to all the staff ! ! So romantic, so delicious, and after dinner, the show! Yes, I would also like to note the a la carte restaurants, we visited all of them, we really liked it! Many thanks to the administrator of all a la carte restaurants, Mr. Ayman, as well as to the waiters: Tarek, Osman, Mohammed. Also hello to the animation team!! ! , and especially Yulenka and Tae.
