Excellent hotel! Nice rooms, everything is very clean and well maintained, not only in the rooms, but everywhere.
Unlike many other hotels we've been to, here you don't have to demand a sunbed by the pool or on the beach as there are plenty of sun beds with good soft mattresses throughout the day.
We felt like we were in a second home. The rooms were always very clean. We had a pool view room. The boys could jump into the pool directly from the terrace - at least almost.
We stayed at this hotel as a family of five (three children aged 15 to 18) and we all loved it. The entertainment team went out of their way to interact with guests without putting pressure on them. We had great conversations and fun with Joanna, Sophia, Hendy, Anthony and Danil. Huge respect to them!
Breakfast, lunch, dinner - everything is fantastic! We visited the a la carte restaurant twice, we especially liked Nino's restaurant.
We rarely ate at such a nondescript Italian and the service was amazing!
Dr. Khaled Zezo...If we could, we would take you with us! You have done a great job!
And another shout out to the people from the restaurant and pool bar. Especially Ahmed who always brought us drinks by the pool with a smile; Ibrahim, who served us on the beach, terraces and at the pool bar; and Ali, from the bar, terraces and pool bar.
