Perfect for relaxing for a few days or weeks. Good hotel for a good price. We were transferred from Marsa Alam airport and received a great cold welcome drink which was very tasty. You are welcomed like at home. We got our room and it was exactly as requested by email, on the top floor overlooking the pool. Top notch cleaning, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioners, etc. nothing was missed.
The bar service was very fast, professional and accommodating. They bring me my drink without asking and always greet me with beautiful words. The same service in the restaurant. The staff are very attentive, polite and offer very good service.
The food was great, tasty and varied. We liked the seafood dishes and the oriental corner. Dessert corner was a little poor, but nothing. 5 a la carte restaurants, we tried two and both were great.
The entertainment program was very varied and included boccia, darts, aqua gym, water polo, volleyball, etc.
In the evening there is a theatrical show with live singers. Latchy was just great.
The reception staff were very responsive and attentive to our requests.
The Aquapark has about 22 slides and a great bar with a good selection of food and drinks.
