To begin with, we have something to compare with in all areas of Egypt. And I will give my review objectively, only having flown from there. Advice from where to fly: it doesn’t matter - the main thing is a direct flight to Marsa Alam (all hotels will be very close from their airport), but we didn’t know about this and drove 4 hours by bus through Hurghada upon arrival. Everything else is super: we settled in immediately, we were also offered a choice of a view from the window - at no extra charge! Things were brought into the room, dinner. The staff is friendly, it is clear that they are trying to please the guests in everything, if something breaks, they immediately fix it. Someone left a review for a palm tree, so they demolished it)))) so that they would not take a picture of it.
The room was cleaned daily, special thanks to Muhamed and the swans and the heart, and met every day to find out if everything was to your liking! When we gave him chocolate, his joy knew no bounds))) 3 pools are clean and well maintained. The cooks cooked very tasty, there was both fish and varieties of meat. The sea was on site. There were a lot of tourists from Italy and Germany. We were satisfied with everything. There was almost nothing to complain about (yes, you need to re-tile somewhere). About animation, entertainment needs to be reconsidered)
