Check-in was a little delayed, but the rooms may have been cleaned. They paid nothing, settled in a bungalow with a beautiful view in a secluded place. The room is old, but comfortable furniture and excellent mattresses, good size and layout of the room, but the tiles on the floor need to be replaced and freshly cheer up the furniture. Nice terrace where you can really sit and not see anyone. A very cozy area, which is one with neighboring Utopia - walking is a pleasure. You need to borrow sunbeds if you want in a specific place, and no problem, whenever you come.
The beach is wonderful, there is a sandy shallow entrance, diving is beyond praise, there is a whole diving center on Utopia.
Meals for 3 stars: a lot of vegetables in various forms, different meats 2 times a day, Sweets, fruits, alcohol is terrible like everywhere else.

Wi-Fi on the first day asked to connect for 1 day ($ 3) and then it automatically connected when you come to the lobby and there are not many people, but you need to sit for about 5 minutes. Calls to viber did not go through, but messages easily.
There are shops on the territory and right behind, but there are no terminals ANYWHERE, please take cash with you.
We went to El Quseira for $ 6 from the hotel, but it doesn’t matter - they are taken to a very expensive pharmacy, incomprehensible shops, but it’s cool for an excursion - the fear of God, like in Indian films)))) but this is their life and that’s all them well. We went on yachts on turtles, but it’s better to choose the White Island - there are also turtles, but also an island)))
Of course, this is the closest point to Luxor. Excursions were ordered from the guys on the beach and from the person who was recommended in Egypt by a travel agent.
Contingent: Germans, Poles, Ukrainians, Czechs. There are practically no Russians.
The staff is wonderful, professional, the animators Marco and Company are a separate pleasure! After 22-00 at the end of the official part of the animation, you can come to an authentic institution on the beach and continue chatting with friends (naturally, this is not included)), but it’s very good that there is, because there is only desert around - this is not Naama Bay for you.
Bottom line - a great hotel, would go again.
