Good afternoon. I want to share my impressions of staying at this hotel. My friend and I chose this hotel based on reviews and its rating, but it didn't turn out as we expected. It all started with checking in, first we were asked to wait 5 minutes, then another 5, then it turned out that there were no free rooms, then it was not clear where they wanted to put us and until we made a fuss at the reception, then they gave us a room. This happened to all the guests of this hotel, because the next day when we met with a representative of the company through which we bought the tour, it turned out that everyone checked in with a fuss, it was just that everyone's level of irritation was different. In general, the staff at the hotel, not all of course, but some people, probably thought that they were guests of the hotel, and not vice versa. Summary: the organization of the hotel's work is so-so, not very. The room was normal, the food was more or less normal. There are souvenir shops on the hotel grounds, I don't recommend visiting them, you can buy all the souvenirs at the airport, and it's much cheaper than there and there's a wider selection. The only thing that was nice was the sea and its inhabitants. It's worth going back there only if you're into diving. Somehow.
