We rested at the Best Western Solitaire Resort 4 * from 11.10. 2010 to 19.10. 2010. This is a small, very green, cozy hotel. The staff is very polite, friendly and smiling. In our race there were very few Russians, mostly Italians, a few Germans. We were given a room on the first floor overlooking the sea, the beach. We didn't pay any money for it. The room is large, the sun from our side was only in the morning. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed every day too. There were no ants in the room. The food is wonderful, varied, a lot of pastries, which are hard to refuse, there was free ice cream 2 times, a large selection of herbal teas that taste very good, a lot of fruits. The waiters immediately removed the dirty dishes, smiling affably. The entrance to the sea is from a pontoon, but there is depth, it is desirable to be able to swim. The sea often stormed and when the red flag hung, swimming is prohibited, but there are two pools on the territory, so you can swim in any of them. It's great for children, because at first it is shallow, and then the depth reaches 150 cm. Animation lovers will be bored here, the territory is deserted, there are no bars, discos, and there are no shops, but it didn’t bother us. The only thing I didn’t like was the work of the guides from Pegasus Sergey, who was late for the meeting, we were waiting for him and incorrectly said the time for an excursion to Luxor, as a result we were late, and a full bus was waiting for us, it was very inconvenient in front of people. And the second guide, Manu, because of the negligent attitude to work, we did not know until late in the evening what time we would leave the hotel on the day of departure. We got the impression that he had completely forgotten that his people were leaving for Moscow tomorrow. We had to look for him with the help of managers at the reception and talk to Manu. Thanks to the reception managers for their help in finding this guide. I can't say how long we waited for him. These are trifles. In general, we are very satisfied with the rest and are glad that we did not make a mistake with the choice of the hotel. Yes, the hotel is located 3.5 hours from Hurghada airport by bus, but it was interesting for us to look at the scenery through the window, although there is only a desert and the sea.
