Хорошо, но вряд ли вернемся Good but unlikely to return

We stayed at this hotel in mid-September 2016. We read a lot of reviews, etc. , so +/- we understood where we were going and were not surprised by anything.
I'll start with the negative:
- the territory of the hotel is very small, this hotel does not pull on 4 stars, 3 - yes, it is not worth the money that they ask for it
- the rooms are a bit old (you can upgrade a little), it can be seen (the doors sagged, it's time to replace the faucets in the shower with normal ones so that it doesn't leak, etc. ), our shower didn't work at all, 2 days at the reception they asked to fix it - after 2 days they just fixed it ...well, at least there was a faucet)
- numbers on the key, safes on the key
- TV-telescope
- animation consists of 1 person
- pools - small (small and like paddling pools) + dirty (they are not cleaned at all along the way)
- the audience is more people 50+, young people (20-30 years old) less

Positive:

- the staff is friendly and responsive, they apologized for the situation with the shower ...apparently they forgot that we talked about the problem : ) thanks to Alex (the only animator who carried the whole burden of work for 6), thanks to the one who cleaned our room: it was clean, even if they didn’t leave it for tea, and if they left it for tea, then they left us real works of art from towels; thanks to the chefs and waiters (especially Ahmed, who remembered the choice of her husband with a drink and constantly brought this particular drink to him)
- the sea and the reef are steep, there is a "house" reef where you can swim, even if the black flag ...they saw a stingray, moray eels, octopus and many beautiful fish in it. Access to the sea from the pier was rarely opened - mostly a black flag. But, as we realized later, from 7 to 9 in the morning the flag is almost always red, because the waves are not so big in the morning. It is a pity that we did not cut through this topic earlier ...because in the evening the pier was opened only 2-3 times during our 11 days of stay.
The reef is unrealistically beautiful and the fish too ...it was worth it to get up at 6 in the morning : )
- you can walk around the territory of the neighboring hotel Resta Grand, swim in its pool and in the sea. "Grand" is much cooler than "Reef", the territory is huge ...after hearty dinners, we always walked there! ! ! But the "home" reef in this hotel is poorer, its guests came to swim with us
- fed on a solid four with a plus. Yes, no frills, but there was plenty to choose from, and since, for example, I am picky in food and don’t eat meat, except for fish, my stomach was constantly full : )
- the Internet is available at the reception, not super fast, but you can check instant messengers and chat with your relatives, download movies - hardly, it works fastest in the morning until 9 am, when everyone is still sleeping

Summary.
You can go to the hotel, but you should not expect something supernatural. Not bad, not super-good - just normal. This is the place for a very relaxing holiday.
Despite the fact that we didn’t want any extra fuss, we still wanted more activity in the form of volleyball, Pilates, etc.
We are unlikely to return to this hotel ...only if it is very cheap, or if there are simply no other options.
