Hotel of the highest European level. I did not even expect from Egypt.
The main indicator of the hotel is the STAFF. In this hotel, the staff tries for you in everything. And not because of a tip (as in many hotels in Egypt), but sincerely helps. Big respect to the hotel management that they managed to gather such a team of employees. Before the trip, I wrote a letter with a request to settle next to the pontoon - they did it, despite the fact that everyone else in this building was German. The hotel is designed for Italians and Germans, but the residents of the CIS are also treated with caution. When I checked out, I didn't order a lunchbox, so they prepared it for me. They congratulate everyone on their birthday at dinner - the staff comes out with a drum, songs and a cake. Your name is on the cake. My birthday was coming 2 days after departure, so they congratulated me in advance - it turns out very sincerely.
FOOD is excellent. Everyone will find to taste - and dietary, and dairy, and seafood (every day crabs, squid, shrimp, fish), and meat, and sweets, and a large number of fruits. It is more pleasant to dine in a restaurant on the beach.

SEA is beautiful. Three descents from the pontoon. The first one is waist-deep / neck-deep, corals below (corals or fins are a must). The most beautiful is the third descent. Very comfortable ladders for descent into the water. A big advantage is the nearby Mubarak Bay. If the wave is in the hotel, then in the bay you will always see enough beauty. However, for children from seven years old, it is probably not quite suitable. It is still too early for them to swim from the pontoon, and from the shore they can only go over corals and below the knee. That is, such children can only swim in pools, but at sea, a pool is not a buzz. In Mubarak Bay, children can swim at any time - there is a gentle sandy descent.
SAFETY - everyone leaves cameras, tablets, etc. on the beach. even in a conspicuous place - at the level of fiction. go to Mubarak for a kilometer (slowly 10 minutes) - I rested and walked alone - no problem.
NUMBER - I was surprised that there is not a single drawer in the bedside tables and tables. All the little things lay on top, it did not bother me. It is bad that the air conditioner is controlled in manual mode - there is no remote control. I had to get up several times at night - turn the air conditioner on and off.
The room is clean, nice furniture, THERE IS A KETTLE with bags of tea, coffee, sugar and cream. For me, this is a huge plus. I love a cigarette with tea / coffee on the balcony before bed. And you don't have to go to a bar to do it. The door is opened/locked with a magnetic card. Electricity works only when a person is present in the room - the card is inserted into the slot. Accordingly, you can charge gadgets only if you are in the room. I once decided to cheat - I left the card in the slot (so that the tablet and the camera were charged) went out without closing the door. The door locks itself after a while and the electricity is turned off. I had to ask at the reception to open the door : -) They opened it in 5 minutes.
ANIMATION - smart kids, they try very hard! They are so sincerely engaged with children - children are delighted with them. School-level English is enough for adults to enjoy the show. Phrases are built very simply, facial gestures will explain what is incomprehensible. That is, if you do not know English well - attend the show anyway - you will get a lot of pleasure.
Be sure to go on an excursion to Sataya (dolphins) and Sharm el Luli - beautiful reefs, fish, corals. These excursions are not available for residents of the CIS.
