Vacationing with my daughter. We flew directly to Marsa Alam from Boryspil, arrived at the hotel at 7 in the morning and immediately settled in, without additional charges. We got a good room 1132 on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and partially the sea, the room is spacious, everything worked. The hotel has a large pool and a small one, where dolphins, a jacuzzi, a green area, many fan and date palms, huge cacti, orange and pomegranate trees, ficuses, many flowers. There is where to walk and take pictures) Cleaning is beyond praise, many thanks to all the staff. The linen and towels are clean, there were no shampoos, gels and conditioners when checking in, they said at the reception - they really brought it in 10 minutes, no one even hinted at a tip - this is a personal gratitude to the staff for their excellent work and mood. There was never even a hint of ignorance, everyone tries to please with a smile. At the reception and the hotel staff does not speak Russian, from the word at all, the hotel is mostly foreigners, but there is a guide to solve all the nuances.
There are no complaints about nutrition, everyone chooses according to their taste and there is plenty to choose from... from meat dishes - 3 types of beef, chicken, 2 times there was duck and 1 time turkey, salads, vegetables, desserts. The girl who baked delicious cakes, personal respect from us! Of course, apart from fish and squid, there was no abundance of seafood, but is it not enough: bananas, dates, apples, guava, melon, pomegranate, oranges? Very, very tasty fresh juices (350 ml): mango, strawberry, guava, kiwi - 2 euros. . . you can have any combination of your choice.
The sea is a complete delight... every day we swam with huge turtles, it’s a pity that we didn’t manage to see the dugong... but it’s just lucky, and we are not that swimmers)) Just returned with the most wonderful memories about the rest, we are the 1st time in Mars, we used to rest in Hurghada in Albatross and I can’t say unequivocally that Albatross is better. Of the minuses - the Internet is rather weak, you need to go to the reception or near the pool, although sometimes they caught it on the beach. There are a lot of sunbeds, even in the first row. Rest were very satisfied. Perhaps we will return, the daughter did not give up hope of seeing the dugong)
