My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the third time. We drove purposefully (before that we were in 2009 and 20010). Transfer from Hurghada took 2:15. Before departure, I contacted the hotel management and expressed my wishes for the room. Everything was ready upon arrival, except for the view from the room. But very quickly and without further ado, they replaced it with a pool view.
The hotel has improved a lot compared to previous visits. Construction was completed (during the first visits it was in progress).

Room on the second floor. All as desired. This time already in the room there was a TV with the ability to play from a hard drive.
The quality of the food has also improved a lot. A sufficient number of first and second courses, fruit and dessert. Many offers of products - on the grill.

The service is excellent. The staff and management are very friendly. Room cleaning is excellent. Cleaning was done by Mukhamed (we lived in room 2147). It is a pity that at the time of our departure he was on vacation. Service in restaurants and bars is also very good. The animators did a great job too.
The sea and reef are beautiful.
What did not like outside the power of management and maintenance personnel - most of the time there was quite a strong swell at sea. And, in the end, we lost a day - the flight was at 9:00 from Hurghada and we had to leave the hotel at 3:00. Very sorry.
We had a great rest. We recommend for a relaxing holiday, especially with children. We hope to return at the end of 2016
