Rested in Marsa Alam for the first time. Family vacation with a child of 11 years. Transfer from Hurghada, a bit tedious road, first to Kyiv, then waiting, flight, again the road to Marsa…. I wanted to go to my room, shower and sleep. Thanks to the reception staff for not tormenting us for a long time, they were in the room for half an hour. According to the room without remarks, everything is working, cleaning is normal, we asked the cleaner to clean it every other day, we don’t need it more often. Water was supplied to the room daily. The territory is well-groomed, lawns, bushes, trees, flowers, beautiful. There are several water slides, my son rode, he liked it, my husband and I are indifferent to this matter)), for very young children there are mini slides. The food is decent, cooked delicious, no spoiled food, meat, fish. First courses, side dishes, vegetables, sweets, fruits. Quite a standard set, there are plenty to choose from. Breakfasts are normal, dinners are very diverse, sort of themed, but there is not much difference. You can still come up for portioned food, no one will look askance, in general the staff is very friendly and attentive, they try to please, there are no complaints about the service. A good beach, with enough sun loungers, the sea is warm and gentle, the reef with its inhabitants, we saw a turtle, small stingrays, and so many different beautiful fish, the mask will definitely come in handy. I also want to note the animation team, well done guys, cheerful, sociable, international team, they actively communicate with all tourists, find a common language. With pleasure they participated in games and in exercises - aerobics and went to shows. The summary is this, the rest was a success, but regretted our choice, a good hotel with caring staff, I want to return here. But it would be more convenient to fly to Marsa airport.
