The hotel is located on the first line, close to the sea, a chic coral reef, corals are a must. The service staff is friendly, there is no difference in serving Ukrainians and other foreigners (as they wrote here). Knowledge of English is certainly good, but even without knowing you can safely go. The food is decent, self-service, not behind glass like in other hotels, we ate, somewhere on the beach they baked pizza every day, then we never went. In the evenings, the animators (by the way, 3 Ukrainian girls whom we met) will not let you get bored. There are shops on the territory, but you can also go to the city for 6 dollars and skimp there. Better go to Port Khalib. We had a guide Amed, a great guy! We became friends with him, not intrusive, he helped us a lot in various issues, agreed for a late check-out, after the tour we arrived at night and fed us.
