I decided to write a review when I read andy_abroad's "opus", which caused bewilderment and unpleasant feelings, since I was resting almost at the same time. Even the place of purchase of the ticket coincided. The only thing I agree with is pancakes on the plane, but there was tea and coffee.
The service at the hotel did not cause any complaints - upon arrival they discovered a breakdown: the door lock to the terrace did not work - while they were having dinner, they quickly subdued it. As for the “cheapness” of the furniture, I can’t argue, but there was no trace of dirt. The cleaner tried very hard.
Nobody hinted at a tip. The worker who brought the luggage had to be caught up in the corridor to pay him. Despite the fact that we had a half board, and not "ultra", there were bathrobes and slippers, beach towels and wine in the room. Just in case, they said at the reception - to pick up and did not think. Every day, regardless of whether they left a tip or not, the cleaner twisted different figures from towels and used flowers, leaves - ants were not observed on the bed.

Now about food: qualitatively, every day of the week the cuisine of different countries. Drinks at dinner are free only for "ultra", but in each room, which is convenient, there is an electric kettle. Fruits are not separately rated in any way (see the previous review) - they are on the buffet. There was the only problem for me - I love guavas, but somehow they were taken out unripe - I approached an employee in a restaurant, tried to explain the essence of the problem in bad English - after a few minutes they found and brought ripe ones.
There is a football field on the territory near the beach, but unfortunately for my husband, they did not organize games on it, we asked the animators, due to the fact that the contingent, mostly elderly Germans, did not recruit enough players. Of the games they arranged bocha (petanque), volleyball. So was gymnastics. So the animation is subtle and quiet for the above reason. On the other hand, the tennis table and the "bocha" grounds were almost always free. There were evening performances, but the composition of the animation team was small and there were few people. Every evening, songs were performed "live" mostly in English, but what is nice, a few in Russian, with terrible pronunciation, but still... The restaurant staff greets in Russian: both "good morning" and "bon appetit".
One of the main criteria for choosing a hotel is that it justified itself in the bay, since the sea was stormy for several days, but everyone was swimming calmly. The wind also did not cause discomfort, as it was much weaker than on the open coast. Entering the sea does not require special shoes. I have seen the reef before, it seems to me better, but I saw new fish. Lots of big ones.
I advise you to go to Abu Dabab. We were not lucky with the "sea cow", but we observed large turtles, and when one surfaced to breathe, it was an attraction.
There were no complaints about the guys from Mostrevel: they were always on the spot at the appointed time, neat, polite, and immediately responded to our requests.
Regarding the questionnaire, which was written about in the previous review: they are distributed on Thursdays in a restaurant and the flight from Moscow was also on Thursday, so, probably, the respected andy_abroad looked good at the time of arrival, since he was offered it. We were given a questionnaire on the second week of our stay.
I also had a moment when I needed medical help (don't touch the marine life! ), and everyone treated me with attention and sympathy.

The territory has already been described, I do not want to repeat myself. Along the entire coast of the bay there is a path and every hundred meters are marked - convenient for those who like to run.
If you leave the hotel and go to the left, there is a shop and a pharmacy across the road.
It's good that the airport is only a few minutes away, and it's also very beautiful to watch the sunrise - the sun rises directly from the sea. . .
