Yes, this hotel used to be good, but that was a long time ago. The lobby is nice, but the rooms leave much to be desired. On the furniture, the textiles are all greasy, the tree is dead.
The staff is different, someone is more responsible and conscientious about their work, someone forgets about their work. There are those who confuse their duties. As it is not funny, but there was one plumber who pestered not like a child, pawed, rushed into the room, even to girls with husbands, since this did not affect me.

When buying a tour, we were told that the payment of a "holiday" dinner of $ 30 is a prerequisite for the hotel. As a result, the “festive” dinner was held for 13 people (that is, it was possible not to pay, because there were naturally more than 13 people in the hotel), but not everyone who paid for it was included in the lists for it, and those who did not pay did not regret , because it differed from the usual dinner only in that the table was covered with a tablecloth and served by waiters. Naturally, there wasn’t any entertainment program, they didn’t even turn on the music, and at 22:00 they just started turning off the lights so that we left. It was the BEST Christmas of my life!
In general, as I read in one review, the dining room resembles a Soviet dining room, only dirty - that's for sure! And on the tables there are dirty crumpled tablecloths, which are scary to touch, it would be better if they didn’t exist at all. For lunch and dinner, you have to go to the bar yourself for drinks. As for the menu, I can only say that you won’t leave hungry, but you won’t be able to taste the diverse local cuisine. I am not a gourmet, but personally I was not very comfortable, because. there are only 2 products, the smell of which I physically can not stand: liver and coconut. The second was almost always a liver and coconut flakes on all desserts. As a result, this “diverse” menu became even smaller for me.
But food is certainly not the most important thing. They don't go there for that.
No entertainment, there was only 1 animator who did exercises and volleyball.

But my complaints are no longer with the hotel, but with the tour operator that cooperates with such a hotel. I concluded for myself that it is necessary to choose a hotel and a tour operator very carefully, and if it depends on the cost, then I would rather pay more money so that no one spoils my impressions of the rest. I will no longer contact Pegasus, their representatives do not work there at all, especially Ruslan and Alexey, they only collect money for excursions.
