We stayed at the end of July 2018. We chose this hotel because of the beach and the entrance to the sea. Plus, the ticket came out cheaper than in other hotels.
We met well, immediately sent to the restaurant to eat, then there was a settlement. This is where the problems started. The air conditioner did not work well in the room, there was no hot water and we were settled on the 4th floor (there are no balconies on the 4th and 5th floors). We went to the reception to sort it out, they promised to fix everything and move to another room the next day. The promise was kept, the room was on the 2nd floor with a balcony and the air conditioner worked fine. Some had to change rooms twice, again because of the air conditioning.
Only here a new problem appeared - cleaning the room (then he came to clean it when we were sleeping in the room, then he forgot to give large towels, shampoo is generally an eternal problem, the bed, until he poked his finger at the stains, did not change).

By the way, bedding, towels - can be stained and even with holes. Dishes are chipped and not always properly washed, especially the glasses at the pool bar.
It can be seen that the hotel is trying to save on everything and most of all they save on air conditioners in the dining room and throughout the hotel, it is generally unrealistic to sit in the lobby, it is very stuffy. Air conditioners, if they work, are at a minimum.
Another factor that irritates me personally is the sunbeds on the beach. Every morning a hotel worker came and laid out towels on the sunbeds, taking places for the Germans. Behind him, sunbeds and the rest began to occupy. You come to the beach, and there are either towels on sunbeds, or pareos hanging, or panties with swimsuits. But in general, sunbeds could be found, on 2 or 3 lines. In the morning, if they came before the employee, then they lay on the first one. Another nuance is that on the beach, near the diving center, there is construction going on, so there is periodically something buzzing and knocking.
Now about the good, because there was more of it and it covered the shortcomings.
1) The SEA is gorgeous, a bunch of corals, an incredible number of different fish. Shallow near the shore, go a little and already waist-deep, further even deeper. Be sure to bring a mask and a phone case with you to shoot underwater.
2) The territory is very beautiful, well-groomed, the cacti are just super. A lot of palm trees, different colors. In the evening, you can walk along the sea along the path through the territory of both ours and 2 other neighboring hotels.
3) Mostly Germans (including Russian Germans), Czechs, Slovaks, Poles, Belarusians, Ukrainians rested in the hotel, Egyptians periodically stopped by. Everything is quiet and calm, no one was especially rowdy. The Egyptians are all quiet, they didn’t go to the sea much, they sat in the pool. The staff is focused on the Germans (it's understandable, they always gave them tips), they understand Russian, but it's better to communicate with them in English, they all know it very well.

4) They fed well, there was always fish, chicken and beef, sometimes liver, vermicelli, rice, fresh and steamed vegetables as a side dish. Very often there was a grill, every dinner - a woman on the street bakes very tasty cakes. Lots of sweets, pancakes in the morning. For children in the morning, a couple of types of yogurt, dessert porridge, hot milk, several types of cereal. From fruits - watermelon, melon, dates, bananas, grapes, apples, pears, a couple of times at the end of the holiday they gave guava. Mango bought from Akhmedushka for $2 per kg, very tasty yellow, green is also ok. The best bar is in the lobby of the hotel, the bartender is a darling. Of the drinks were cola, sprite, fanta, orange juice, mango and pineapple (I don’t know how much this is juice or yuppies). Upon arrival, everyone was given 0.5 liters of water, then you can get water in coolers in the corridor or in bars.
5) The animation is normal, the guys tried, the kids loved the animators very much and always danced with them at the disco, they really liked the fakir show, oriental dances.
6) The shops have everything you need, I liked the cafe in the courtyard, there is very tasty coffee with cardamom, the hookah is very strong))
Once we got to Hurghada, we got a good taxi, in a new car, he knows English very well. First I brought it to Senzo mall (if you are there, buy mango juice, the one that is from the supermarket, it’s just super tasty, you regretted that you didn’t take a few bottles), waited 1 hour and then took it to Hurghada, drove around the city, took it to the market, helped me choose a mango)))) We paid $25 for this trip (his phone number is 01126871424, his name is Amr).
In general, we liked everything, we tried not to pay attention to the shortcomings, no one got poisoned, got tanned, swam in the sea - the rest was a success ??? ?
