I "rested" in this hotel with my daughter for only 7 hours, but during this time I managed to feel all the delights of the local service.
We arrived at the hotel at 8 am. The receptionist told me to wait 10 hours. Not even offered water from the road. For 2 hours we walked around the hotel. Everything around is terrible, shabby. The staff is unfriendly. Little greenery. The main building has a feeling of renovation and imperfections.
At 10 o'clock for $ 20 we were given a "good" room 322. There was only one good thing there - a view of the sea. True, it was proposed to admire it from a balcony crap with pigeons. And the whole room was dirty and dusty. Shabby furniture.

The light in the corridor was not on, but this, as it turned out, was for the best... When they screwed in the bulb, we saw the front door from the inside. Instead of a handle, a piece of a bolt stuck out, and around the lock there were chopped marks from an ax, as if the unfortunate residents of this room were trying to escape from this squalor. The promised Russian channel was not. They called a person. He turned on the Polish and said it was the same!!!
There were no towels. They asked where? Answered-IN THE WASH!! ! After 12 they brought 3 towels for two, a little larger than a handkerchief.
But the air conditioner made the biggest impression. Brown monster with the inscription USA. It was controlled by 2 buttons embedded in the wall. There was no board. The only way to regulate the temperature was to climb onto the refrigerator. The mate stood on the balcony and hummed terribly.
The furniture was amazing too. Sliding wardrobe with doors made of boards, which we could only move together. Floor lamps with stained lampshades. There is a dirty rug of tangled threads on the floor.
Somehow taking a shower, we went to the sea. The towels provided covered only half of the lounger. The beach, as promised, was sandy. We went into the water and went... We walked, walked, reached the BUOYS, STEPED over them and went again... In short, it's impossible to plunge... And behind the buoys, the surfing zone begins and you can easily be hit by surfers. In short, there is no sea.
We returned and went to have lunch . . In short, there is no food there either. The last time we ate at night was on the plane, but even those hungry people couldn't find anything for themselves.
Some kind of flat hard cutlets, sour cucumbers... The only thing that could satisfy hunger was beer. It is poured from bottles here, but the truth is in broken glasses.

Fortunately, our meeting with the hotel guide from Pegasus was at 2 pm. We immediately asked to change the hotel for us, which the guide was not surprised at all. Many people seem to have escaped from this hell hole. Having shown miracles of efficiency, Irina (that was the name of the guide) completed all the documents, despite all sorts of obstacles from the hotel, and personally helped us move and get settled in the neighboring Solymar Paradise Beach Resort 4 * hotel, where we already rested in January. That's real paradise there. But I will describe it in reviews about Solymar Paradise Beach Resort 4 *.
At parting, they dropped our suitcase, breaking it, and asked us to fill out a questionnaire about how we liked Shams. )))))
