Service: disgusting, extra charge for early check-in. 100 dollars under the pretext that the hotel is full at midnight, as it turned out later it was max. half filled. Divorce immediately for money. Unpleasant. In the neighboring baron, for example, they offered to change the room for free while your room was not yet ready, so that you could relax. The service is intrusive, they do not give a rest, everyone is trying to sell something. The waiters on the beach are untidy, with dirt under their nails. The room is very old, shabby, there are stains on the wall and torn wallpaper, the bedside tables are sticky, even apparently they have never been wiped properly. The partitions between the balconies are glass, again dirty, no privacy.
Food - breakfast is very meager, tasteless, there are almost no fruits, only plastic apples and pears, sometimes tangerines - they are immediately taken apart. Lunch and dinner are not bad, there are seafood, squid, delicious white fish, salmon, mussels, there are no questions about the quality of food, well done again. BUT the tables are sticky, the chairs are stained - it's unpleasant to sit down. While eating, the waiters want to pick up leftovers from neighboring tables, next to the people who are eating, on carts. Disgusting - like in the dining room. Covid measures, apart from signs about covid and some smelly disinfectants, nothing much is being done. Buffet - cuts are not even covered, cutlery without individual packaging, waiters without gloves, but at least they wear masks, but not everyone really)). . .
Wi-fi is simply not available in the room, even in the lobby it works intermittently. Towels for the beach on the cards, the cards are again dirty, grumpy. The fine for losing a towel is $35, the fine for losing a card is $5. So to speak, an elite hotel for a respectable public)))) There is little greenery on the territory, palm trees are scattered mixed with tasteless artificial stones.
