I chose this hotel based on reviews, the important thing was that this hotel is only for adults - there really are no children at all, respectively, screams and squeals too - in this regard, everything is wonderful. The hotel itself is quite small, cozy, quiet (I suspect that only the old building).
I liked the food at the hotel, the best we ate in Egypt: quite varied and tasty. For dinner, a good selection of meat, fish, poultry (the chef walks around the hall every evening and is interested in the opinion of guests on the menu). The only thing I didn't like was the desserts: there are a lot of them, but they all taste the same plus or minus and none.
The staff is very polite, it is clear that they have undergone special / training: everyone speaks tolerably in English, smiles and tries to please as much as possible, no one begs for tips.

Room cleaning: on the one hand, the cleaner went after us every day with a question about cleaning the room (although we had a Do Not Disturb sign), cleaned when we asked, but the cleaning was very superficial. - a significant part of the room is occupied by a carpet and, in my opinion, he never removed it - balls of hair and dust were on it all week.
Sea: entry into the sea is just great, soft sand (the first time I didn’t need aqua shoes), the sea is clean, the beach is also well organized (there are sunbeds, gazebos). Its only drawback is its very small area and the buoys are very close to the shore, because. nearby parking for yachts. There are practically no fish and other fauna, so 1-2 in sight. To swim on the reef you need to go outside the hotel. In fact, swimming is not particularly interesting, a mask is not needed. As soon as you approach the buoys, they begin to whistle intensively into the whistle.
The hotel itself consists of 2 buildings: the first line is the new one and the old one, which stands right behind it. In my opinion, the project is strange, because. the rooms of the old building only have a view of the pool (with constantly flowing water) and the mountain (in fact, the road or the construction site).
And even if you are lucky and they give you a room with a sea view, then everything is not simple here either: the building stands in a semicircle and in the middle of the cafe and a performance area that is open every day until one in the morning (the sound is very loud), plus there is restaurant grill and all the smell with a fair wind carries into the rooms.
Also a big drawback is the lack of the hotel’s own fenced area: the hotel itself is surrounded by private apartments (at the stage of active construction), a “common” road runs between the buildings, and a couple of meters from it there is a hotel pool and sun loungers (there is a fence, but it is not high).
There is also a very good pharmacy on site, but most of the shops were closed.
Of the unpleasant moments, I can also add that the hotel wi-fi jams uber and sites like tripadwiser.
A couple of minutes walk from the hotel is the Sahl Hasheesh Fountain Alley (you can walk at sunset, it has beautiful lights) and a small but good supermarket (mango, fruits, ice cream in it).

The hotel has a good repair in the rooms (in the old building), there are no questions about the beds / mattresses / bedding, everything is ok.
We did not try alcohol, Cola, Fanta, etc. in the mini-bar it is Cola and Fanta, and not local counterparts.
