We as a family arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock in the morning, they did not give us bracelets, they told us to wait until 10:30. You can't go to breakfast without a bracelet. Check-in after 15:00. We are sitting at the reception with the children and waiting, maybe we will get to lunch. I have never seen anything like this, and our guide was surprised. In other hotels, the first thing they give bracelets and breakfast. The first impression is negative, it leaves a residue for the entire rest, but it should be the other way around. I will not recommend the hotel.
